Waxing & Tinting

Eyebrow waxing begins with a thin layer of warm wax applied to the unwanted hairs. A paper strip is then placed over the wax, and as the wax solidifies, gentle pressure is applied to secure the hairs. Finally, the strip is quickly pulled away, removing the hairs directly from the root.

Compared to eyebrow threading and plucking, waxing is regarded as the most precise hair removal method, particularly for removing peach fuzz around the brows.

Eyebrows undergo a growth cycle that lasts approximately 21-30 days. By the end of this period, any hairs that have been plucked or otherwise removed should start to reappear on the skin's surface. Consequently, most women should consider grooming their brows every 3-6 weeks.

For effective waxing, the hair in the target area should be at least ¼ inch long, roughly the length of a grain of rice. Typically, it takes about two weeks of not shaving the bikini area for the hair to reach this length. Hair shorter than this may not adhere well to the wax and could be difficult to remove. If you're unsure, we can always perform a test strip, as some people may be able to wax with hair slightly shorter than ¼ inch.

Eyebrow tinting involves applying semi-permanent dye to your eyebrows, enhancing their definition and making them appear fuller by darkening lighter, often unnoticed hairs. This quick and non-invasive treatment typically takes just 15 minutes.

On average, eyebrow tint lasts about 4-6 weeks, though this duration can vary based on how you care for your brows. Several factors can cause the tint to fade more quickly, including the type of dye used, sun exposure, your hair's growth rate, and your skincare routine.

If your brows begin to fade, a touch-up can easily restore their color. To prolong the life of your tint, avoid applying oils and facial serums around your eyebrows.
